Interview Preparation
Interviews aren’t about saying the right words—they’re about showing up as the best, most prepared version of yourself.
Across my career, I’ve sat on both sides of the interview table—hundreds of times. I’ve interviewed more than 250 candidates for high-stakes corporate roles, military positions, highly technical specialist positions, and entry-level jobs where potential mattered more than polish. I’ve also been the candidate many times myself, with some major wins and more than a few hard-earned lessons.
Those experiences taught me something simple and true: interviews aren’t about saying the right words—they’re about showing up as the best, most prepared version of yourself.
Interview success is predictable when you understand how to prepare with intention. I combine my background in organizational development, adult learning, and senior-level leadership with real-world hiring experience to help clients:
Clarify their value and communicate it with confidence
Translate technical or military experience into clear, compelling language
Master behavioral and scenario-based interview strategies
Navigate high-pressure environments with calm and presence
Avoid the subtle pitfalls that cost even highly qualified candidates the job
My approach is grounded, practical, and tailored. I don’t believe in generic advice or canned answers. Instead, we build the right mindset and the right message—so you can walk into any interview room ready to demonstrate not only what you can do, but who you are as a leader, teammate, and problem-solver.
Whether you’re aiming for your first promotion, stepping into executive leadership, or transitioning from the military to civilian life, I’ll help you turn preparation into confidence—and confidence into results.
If you’re ready to show up fully prepared for the opportunity you want, I’m ready to help you get there.
