Experience That Matters

I bring deep experience facilitating complex group dynamics in both corporate and institutional environments.

I taught business communication and group facilitation at Sacramento State University and currently facilitate senior leadership programs for executive-level teams. I’ve also led organizational offsites to help teams define strategy, align leadership, and guide organizations through significant change.
