Team Facilitation
Helping leadership teams align, decide, and move forward
My Approach
High-performing organizations don’t fail because of lack of expertise. They stall because teams are misaligned, priorities are unclear, or difficult conversations are avoided. I facilitate leadership teams through focused, structured sessions that create clarity, alignment, and actionable outcomes—particularly during periods of growth, transition, or change. This is disciplined facilitation designed to produce decisions, not just discussion.
Areas of Focus
Vision, mission, and strategic alignment
Executive and leadership team effectiveness
Role clarity and decision rights
Communication styles and working relationships
Change initiatives and organizational transitions
Trust, accountability, and team performance
Experience That Matters
I bring deep experience facilitating complex group dynamics in both corporate and institutional environments.
I taught business communication and group facilitation at Sacramento State University and currently facilitate senior leadership programs for executive-level teams. I’ve also led organizational offsites to help teams define strategy, align leadership, and guide organizations through significant change.
My approach is grounded, practical, and focused on outcomes.
